The Jewish community has made it through many challenging periods and today, with COVID-19, we face another challenge.  Despite the quarantine,  Passover – more than a holiday but also the history, will be celebrated by the community. Chances are your table will be smaller this year than usual, but tradition will be honored. Boho restaurant would like to play a part. We are cooking traditional favorite dishes which will brighten this year’s Passover dinner no matter how small your table. It’s our aim to bring the beauty and dignity of the holiday to you this Passover with the menu below:

SPECIAL PASSOVER DINNER – $50/person

Gefilte fish with horseradish

Roasted beet salad with feta, citrus & sherry vinaigrette or

Feta salad with romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, red onions, Kalamata olives

Matzah ball soup

Oven baked chicken stuffed with vegetables or Braised short ribs or Slow cooker brisket or Pan seared salmon

Roasted glazed carrot tzimmes with raising and dates and Baked marble potatoes with a hint of garlic and fresh herbs or mashed potatoes

Flourless cake or Buckwheat crepe with fresh made berry compote and crème Anglaise
