So what is a craft cocktail? Here is the definition of “craft” – “an activity involving skill in making things by hand”, mostly referring to art. Yes, something that is made with a great amount of care. Not only that, but when it is created, the product is unique. This is what craft cocktails are. We can confidently make the classics but our brand new cocktail list offers unique twists and house made ingredients. We want to showcase delicious drinks that mirror the quality and seasonality of our cuisine. The menu was created with a goal in mind to provide something for everyone.
