This year is unusual for everyone, but fortunately Life goes on and we continue celebrating our birthdays, anniversaries, graduations and our traditions. Thanksgiving is one of those traditions that directly connected with food. We call it “traditions on the table”. Below is what we are going to cook for those who will choose Boho as their Thanksgiving Celebration “Oven”: course 1: duck liver mousse with mostarda or wild mushroom crostata; course 2: butternut squash soup; course 2: organic baby arugula salad with candied walnuts, pomegranate, cranberry compote, Roquefort; course 4: options, options, options: traditional with some twist: turkey leg confit, brined juicy turkey breast, mashed potatoes, house-made (as everything else:)) cranberry sauce and gravy, cornbread a la boho OR braised short ribs with butternut squash gnocchi and roasted patty pan squash (can’t wait for it:)) and fish option: halibut with roasted cauliflower steak and a vegan option, then course 5: choice of 3 desserts. The same dinner you can have at home if you order before 11/23. In addition we are going to make Oven roasted slow cook whole young turkey (of course juicy and flavorful), mashed potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce, gravy and cornbread – dinner for 4-6 people for $150 total.
